You can see an overview of the jobs in the system on the Management Console Jobs page.

To display the page, on the Workspace menu, click Management Console and on the left navigation menu, select Jobs.

The Jobs page displays the following details:

• The breakdown of the jobs per status in tiles.

• A chart for active jobs grouped by active statuses such as On Hold, Suspended and Active.

• A chart for finished jobs grouped by completed statuses such as Terminated and Completed.

You can view the details for each tile. For example:

• Click the Active tile to display the details for the active jobs. A chart with active jobs grouped by statuses and a chart with active jobs grouped by priority are displayed.

• Click the Finished tile to display the details for the completed jobs. A chart with finished jobs grouped by statuses and a chart with finished jobs grouped by priority are displayed.

• Click the Suspended tile to display the details for the suspended jobs. A chart with suspended jobs grouped by suspend reason and a chart with suspended jobs grouped by priority are displayed.
