Overview

The Overview page of the Management Console provides a high-level insight into the system. You can view the following details on the Overview page:

  • Number of active automatic activities for all agents

  • Breakdown of activities by status

  • Number of pending Archiving, Retention or Job Evaluation Worker tasks, and the minimum, maximum and average waiting time for each

  • Indication of failed worker tasks

  • List of machines and services/profiles

To display the Overview page, on the Workspace menu, click Management Console.

Agents

You can view the number of active automatic activities for all agents. Click the Agents tile to drill down and view the active activities for Core Worker, Transformation and Export automation agents. See View automation agent details for more information.

Worker tasks

You can view the number of pending Archiving, Retention or Job Evaluation worker tasks, and the minimum, maximum and average pending time for each worker task. Click the tile for each worker task to drill down the data and view the count for pending, active, failed and complete items. See View task details for more information.
