About reducing a PDF

To reduce the size of one or more PDF files, select Home > Reduce.

• In the Reduce File Size dialog box, adjust the slider to what extent you prefer small file size over good image quality.

• Optionally, click Apply to multiple to open and update the list of files to reduce.

• Click OK to proceed with reduce.
