Export or import comments

On the Comments panel, click Options and select from the drop-down:

  • Export Comments: Saves the entire set of comments to a specific .xfdf type file.
  • Import Comments: Applies an existing set of comments to the current PDF.
  • Create Comment Summary: Prepares a file for printing the PDF with comments.
  • Migrate Comments: Shows all comments with Not Confirmed status. See Migrate comments for details.
