Service setup
The Desktop Automation Service is required if the Robot needs to automate Windows desktop applications on a remote computer. Refer to the Tungsten RPA Desktop Automation Service Guide for more information.
You can configure multiple Windows desktops to run the applications. These desktops report to Management Console and thus are being administered. The Robot interacts with Management Console to get an available and suitable DAS, because the Robot requires specific conditions or features for execution. To match the Robot with the right DAS, use labels.
