Tree Modes
Use this step to define the Tree Modes.
Tungsten RPA provides the following ways to populate an application tree:
-
By default, Tungsten RPA detects the type of application the robot is working with (such as a Windows application, terminal, or built-in browser) and automatically forms the tree for the application.
-
By design, use a Tree Modes step to define options for automated applications. For example, while working in the built-in browser, change the tree mode to ISA option for an element to create a robust finder. When execution occurs inside the Tree Modes step, the application tree is populated according to the definitions you configured in Tree Modes.
See Edit Robot for navigation and context-menu options.
