Email accounts
Use this option to manage email accounts configured with Email triggers.
View email accounts
At the top of the Email accounts area, from the Projects list, select a project with email accounts.
Change the way the information is presented:
- Select the table columns to display using the menu icon

- Refresh the information by selecting the refresh icon
.
- Reset the custom column settings by selecting the reset icon
.
- Select the number of items to display per page and navigate among pages by using the navigation menu.
By default, the following information is displayed for each account.

Add email accounts
If a new target system is needed for the email account, see Target systems before adding the email account.
To add a new email account:

Select and select the plus sign.
The Create new email account dialog box appears.

Select an account type and specify the following properties based on the provider. See the following tables for input, based on the email account type.
- Google Gmail, Microsoft 365 (IMAP), or Microsoft 365 (MS Graph API)

Name
Type a name for the account.
Description
Enter the account description.
Assign to project
Select a Tungsten RPA project for the email account.
Use OAuth

For Google Gmail, select Use OAuth to authenticate user credentials and provide additional security.

For Microsoft 365, this option is inactive by default and cannot be changed. Basic authentication is not supported by Microsoft 365.
OAuth user
If Use OAuth is selected, this field is active.
The list contains all OAuth users associated with the email account provider and project.
Select the OAuth user from the list.
Email
If this box appears, type the account login name.
If you selected Microsoft 365 (MS Graph API), this box does not appear.
Password
If you selected Use OAuth, the Password field is inactive.
Enter the email account login password.
Depending on the email account provider, you might need to create an App password and enter it in this field to make sure that the account is not blocked by the server. Refer to the email provider's documentation.

Name
Type a name for the account.
Description
Enter the account description.
Assign to project
Select a project for the email account.
Use opportunistic TLS
Select this option to encrypt connections with the email account provider using TLS.
Host
Enter the IMAP host name.
Port
Enter the port number for the selected IMAP host.
Protocol
Select the protocol to use: IMAP or IMAPS (IMAP over SSL).
Email
Enter the email address.
Password
Enter the password for the specified email address.

Click Test to test the connection.
After the connection is tested, a message indicates success or failure and provides a description.
For TLS encrypted connections, the TLS certificates must be configured by the administrator. Refer to the Tungsten RPA Administrator's Guide for more information.

Click Save for the changes to take effect.

Edit email accounts

From the
context menu, select Edit.
The Edit email account dialog box appears and contains the same fields as the Create new email account dialog box.

Edit the properties.

Select Save.
Delete email accounts

To remove an account from the list, select the account and select the
bin icon.

When the prompt appears, confirm the deletion.
The email account is permanently deleted.
