Despeckle page

This filter removes unwanted speckles from an image. Specifically, it removes 1-pixel speckles and can shrink larger speckles. Note that the fact that it shrinks larger speckles makes it potentially worthwhile to run this filter more than once on a given image.

This filter supports 12 and 16-bit grayscale images, but does not support 32-bit grayscale images.

This filter supports 48 and 64-bit color images.
