Collaboration

With Power PDF cloud, you can collaborate with others in your organization to share and edit PDF documents. Participants can use the Collaboration toolbar to join an editing session, or join from a Microsoft Teams chat, channel, or meeting.

Connect with others from the Collaboration toolbar

Participants can use the Collaboration toolbar to connect to a session to work on the same document, using the same user interface. The following features are active in a collaboration session:

  • All participants see all changes in real time.

  • The Collaboration panel provides a toolbar and a participant list to manage the session. See Collaboration panel.
