Merge PDF
The Merge PDF tool combines multiple documents with the active document in a single PDF file.
To merge documents:

On the Convert toolbar, select Merge
PDF (
).
The Merge PDF dialog box appears with the list of documents to merge. The list at this point contains the active document only.

Select Add file and use the Open
dialog box to browse to the preferred files. You can select multiple items,
including PDFs and other supported document and image formats.
The selected items appear in the list.

Optionally, organize the list.
- Move the pointer over a list item to display the full document name in a hint.

Optionally, for rearranging, drag the items by the handle on the
left.
The output contains the documents in the order they appear in the list.

To open the item on a new browser tab, select
View (
).

To remove a document from the list, select
Delete (
).

Select OK.
The Merge PDF progres dialog box appears.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
