Extract pages

To extract pages from the active document:

  1. On the Pages toolbar, select Extract Pages > Extract Pages (Extract Pages icon).

    The Extract Pages dialog box appears.

  2. To specify which pages to extract, do one of the following:
    1. Select Page range, then specify the first and last pages in the From page and To boxes.
    2. Select Specify pages, then list the page numbers separated by a comma, or use ranges using a dash. For example:
      1,2,6-11
  3. Optionally, select Extract pages and merge them into one PDF to save all pages in the same PDF file. If this setting is not selected, each page is saved as a separate PDF and compressed to a single .zip archive.
  4. Select OK.
    It may take time for Power PDF to prepare and download the requested pages. Follow the instructions on the screen.
