Collaborate in Microsoft Teams

You can connect to Power PDF from Microsoft Teams to share files with others in your organization. Open PDF files from a Teams chat or channel and collaborate to collect feedback, view each other's comments, and make edits within the same session.

When accessing Power PDF from Teams, you can use the following features.

Share PDF document in a meeting: Share your PDF file in a Teams meeting and use the Tungsten Power PDF editing features. Participants can collaborate to make revisions. See Share a PDF file in a meeting.

Collaboration: Work with others to edit documents shared in a Teams chat or channel. The changes are saved to the shared file. See Collaborate on a PDF file in Teams.

Pin a PDF file for collaboration: Pin the selected PDF file to the channel tab to keep it easily accessible. See Pin a PDF file to a channel tab.

To use the Power PDF features described above, you must add Power PDF as an app in Teams. See Add the Tungsten Power PDF app.
