Collaborate on a PDF file in Teams
Use the following procedure to connect to a collaboration session from Teams to work on a shared PDF document. Although all participants can edit a shared file, they must take turns submitting the revisions.
To collaborate on a file shared in the chat or in a channel:

Move the cursor over a message or post that includes the PDF file.
The emoticon menu appears.

Select More options (
) , then select Collaborate on PDF.
If not used recently, the Collaborate on PDF item appears on the More actions submenu.
The Power PDF cloud interface opens in Teams with the selected file.

To keep your changes, select Save (
