Bookmarks panel

The Bookmarks panel, which provides a convenient way to navigate to pages within your PDF document, is available from the Panel bar when you select the Bookmarks panel tool.

Bookmarks icon If you do not see the Bookmarks panel tool, right-click in an empty area on the Panel bar to display it.

Use the Bookmarks panel to do the following:

  • Create icon Create new bookmarks.

  • Delete icon Delete existing bookmarks.

  • Set Destination icon Set destination to link to bookmark.

  • Options icon View a list with more options, such as:

    • Rename bookmarks.

    • Customize bookmark appearance and behavior.

You can also define a multi-level bookmark structure by dragging and dropping bookmarks. To assign specific actions to a bookmark, right-click it and select Properties.
