Add a note
- Click the Note tool on the Comment tab of the ribbon.

Click the note location in the document area and enter your comment.
The author name will be automatically inserted in the caption of the note.
- Right-click on the note and select Properties in the context menu to start the Properties dialog box and change objects properties as required. For more details on object properties, see Annotation and Markup Object Properties.
- Click Close to save properties.
