Define page actions
- Click the Pages tool on the Panel bar to display a set of page thumbnails in the Panel area. Then right-click a page and select the Page Properties command in the context menu.
- Select the Actions tab and select from the following:
- Pick a Trigger in the Select Trigger drop-down list. A trigger is an event that fires the selected action. Select the trigger from: Page Open or Page Close.
- Select an Action from the Select Action drop-down list. See Link Properties for details.
-
Click the Add button to specify action details.
For instance, you can have a selected Form Data File imported into the fields of a page once this page opens.
Another example is to select Open a web link when the Add button is clicked, so that a link URL can be entered.
For more information, see Page Properties, and Define tab order for form fields within a page.
