This topic describes the basic configuration required to work with ReadSoft Collector.

• To run ReadSoft Invoices with ReadSoft Collector, you must configure the Interpret job description:
  • To process the files created by the ReadSoft Collector server module so that you are able to process both image and XML based invoices in a single job. See Configure Interpret job to process email.
  • To process the files collected by the ReadSoft Collector server module. See Configure Interpret job to process XML invoices.
• Specify the location where you want to save the email attachments while configuring the Interpret job to process email or XML invoices. See Specify where to save images or attachments.
• Use Windows authentication to connect to database.
• Manage input source configurations.
• To handle the email errors, see Handle email errors.
• To save log information, see Manage logging configuration.
