Include links to original MAPI emails in email logs

When importing emails using MAPI, you can include a link in the email log to the original email that caused the error:

  • Resulting links will not work if you run Interpret as a Windows service.

  • Resulting links only work on the same computer where the email was interpreted.

  • This can only be used when receiving emails using MAPI.

  1. Open ReadSoft Collector General settings dialog box.
  2. Select the Logging tab.
  3. Create a new email log, or select the email log to which you want to add links to the original emails.
  4. Click .
  5. Select the Email log > Settings page of the dialog box.
  6. Select Integration with Microsoft Outlook for MAPI mails.
  7. Click OK.
