Include email body text as separate page to invoices
- Using the Kofax ReadSoft Invoices Manager or Interpret module, open or create the job that you configured to process emailed invoices using ReadSoft Collector.
- In the settings of the dialog box that is displayed, select Data source extension as the invoice source.
- Select ReadSoft Collector in the list.
- Click Configure.

Click the
Email settings tab, and select
Save email body text as invoice page.
When this setting is selected, you can also use the body text as the invoice if there are no attachments by clicking Use body text as invoice when there are no attachments under How to handle emails with no attachments.
- Specify the paper size of the PDF that is generated for the body text if you require something other than the default A4.
- Specify the font size for the text in the PDFs generated.

Only the text part of the email body is imported. The layout and any embedded images are not included. ReadSoft Collector creates a PDF file of the body content including a header that resembles Outlook memo style when an email is printed. The header contains information about who sent it, to whom it was sent, when it was sent, the subject of the email, and the name of any email attachments.
