Extraction Results window
This window is hidden by default within the main Project Builder window. In order to view its contents, it needs to be opened.
By default, when this window is displayed, it spans the full width along the bottom of the Project Builder window. This window can share the same space as the Classification Results window and you can switch between these windows using their respective tabs. Alternatively, you can float this window to any location within or outside of the main Project Builder window, or you can choose to dock this window in various positions within the main Project Builder window.
This window displays a table with the extraction results for the selected document set. Selecting an individual document shows its field extraction results. The classification result for the extracted document is displayed above the table.
The following columns are available:
- Field

Displays a list of fields along with an indication of its validity. (

- Content

Contains the extracted information for that field, or for table fields
. To see the extracted content for a table field, double-click the row. The table displays in the View Table for Field window. Table fields are not available for folders.
- Confidence

Shows the confidence values for the extracted fields.
For folders, the Confidence column is not available.
- History

Displays an information button
that displays the Property Change History window when clicked. This window contains information about any field property changes that occurred during extraction.
This column and the Property Change History window are available only when the "Save field property change history" setting is enabled in the Project Settings - General Tab.
- Comment

This column may provide additional information for each field.
For example, if a field is forced to be valid during validation. Along with other information, the following can be displayed:
- Forced to be valid, because this field is defined as read-only on the validation form

The field status is set to valid as the field is read-only on the validation form and cannot be changed by a user.
- Forced to be valid, because this field is not placed on the validation form

When selected, this setting forces a field to be valid. This is necessary because the field is not displayed on the validation form, so the value cannot be changed by a user.
- Forced to be valid, because: Field is not visible or writable on any validation form

When selected, this setting forces a field to be valid. This is necessary because the field is either set to read-only or is not displayed on any of the validation forms, so its value cannot be changed by a user.
- Forced to be valid, because: Table is empty

The field status of the table field is set to be valid as the table is empty and does not show any lines.
