Merge documents using the Thumbnails View
If you are using your Classification Set, it is extremely important that all documents are correct. If the documents were incorrectly separated, and a single document is mistaken as two separate documents, this may cause problems during processing. As a result, the two incorrect documents need to be merged back together into the correct document.
You can merge two documents by following these steps:
- Open the Documents window if it is not already open.

If a different view is in use, switch to the
Thumbnail View
.
- Select the desired document or page from the list of documents that is incorrectly split from the previous document.

Right-click on the document or page and select
Merge with Previous Document from the shortcut menu.
The selected document or page is now merged to the previous document.
- Optionally, repeat the previous steps until the document set is correctly organized.
