There are many different ways that you can add documents to folders using a script. All of them can be tested in Project Builder.

If foldering is enabled and at least one folder is defined in the Project Tree, a document set can be loaded in the Documents window. This folder structure can be modified in many ways and used for validation testing.

You can move a document from one folder to another, create new folders and documents and save a folder structure created in this way.
