Open a document in XDoc Browser
If you do not know where a document is located in a file system, you can quickly access it and open it in Tungsten Transformation - XDoc Browser from the Documents window. If you want to use scripting in your project, you can view and copy the various document object names displayed in XDoc Browser. Knowing the object names for the various fields on a document enables you to correctly call these objects from script. You can open a document in Tungsten Transformation - XDoc Browser by following these steps:
- Open the Documents window if it is not already open.

Select the document set and document subset that you are viewing.
The documents in the selected document subset are displayed in the selected view.

As needed, switch to the
List View
or the Hierarchy View
.
If you are testing document separation, use the Hierarchy View. Otherwise, use the List View.
The selected document set is displayed.

Select the desired document, right-click, and select
Open in XDoc Browser.
Tungsten Transformation - XDoc Browser is displayed with the selected document details.
