Verification toolbar

The toolbars provide shortcuts to many menu items and gives you quick access to all important features. The toolbars are separated into the following groups:

Batch

This toolbar has the following settings:

Setting

Name and Description

Open Batch icon

Open Batch

Displays a list of available batches.

Suspend Batch icon

Suspend Batch

Saves and closes the current batch so it can be processed at a later time.

Close Batch icon

Close Batch

Exits the current batch.

Folder

This toolbar has the following settings:

Name and Description

First Folder icon

First Folder

Navigates to the first folder in the batch.

Previous Folder icon

Previous Folder

Navigates to the previous folder in the batch.

Next Folder icon

Next Folder

Navigates to the next folder in the batch.

Last Folder icon

Last Folder

Navigates to the last folder in the batch.

Document

This toolbar has the following settings:

First Document icon

First Document

Navigates to the first document in the batch.

Previous Document icon

Previous Document

Navigates to the previous document in the batch.

Next Document icon

Next Document

Navigates to the next document in the batch.

Last Document icon

Last Document

Navigates to the last document in the batch.

Page

If you rotate a page, all recognition results and extraction field data for that page is lost.

This toolbar has the following settings:

Navigates to the first page in the current document.

Previous Page icon

Previous Page

Navigates to the previous page in the current document.

Next Page icon

Next Page

Navigates to the next page in the current document.

Last Page icon

Last Page

Navigates to the last page in the current document.

View

This toolbar has the following settings:

Zoom In icon

Zoom In

Increases the magnification of the current page in the Document Viewer.

Zoom Out icon

Zoom Out

Decreases the magnification of the current page in the Document Viewer.

Fit to Page icon

Best Fit

Adjusts the magnification of the image so it fits within the Document Viewer.

Automatic Focus icon

Automatic Focus

Enables or disables automatic focus and field highlighted results on the page or document.

Add Sticky Note icon

Add Sticky Note

Enables you to add a Sticky Note to the image in the Document Viewer.

Field

This toolbar has the following settings:

Setting

Name and Description

Field Not Verified icon

Set Field to Not Verified

Changes the state of a verified field to not verified.

Next Field icon

Next Field

Navigates to the next field in the batch.

Next Invalid Field icon

Next Not Verified Field

Navigates to the next field that requires verification.

Previous Field icon

Previous Field

Navigates to the Previous field in the batch.
