Use this window to select the fields that you want to display as additional columns within the Documents window.

Fields

Select one or more setting to display the field values in the document list. The name of the field is displayed as the column header. All available simple fields created for the project are listed as settings.

You cannot clear the Filename or Assigned Class columns, but you can configure their column widths and the sort type.

The following columns are available for all document sets:

• Classification Result (Default: Selected)

• Confidence (Default: Selected)

• Fallback Reason (Default: Cleared)

• Fallback Engine Name (Default: Cleared)

• Resolution (DPI) (Default: Cleared)

• Dimensions (px) (Default: Cleared)

• Color Depth (Default: Cleared)

In addition to the above fields, all simple fields available in the project can be added as a column. When a field is selected, its extracted value is displayed in the column for each document in the document set. If no value is displayed immediately, click to reload the document set.

Width of selected column (in pixels)

Define the width of a column in the Documents window by selecting the corresponding Fields setting. By default, the value is set to 150 pixels.

Sort type of selected column

Define the sort type of a column in the Documents window by selecting the corresponding Fields setting, and then selecting the desired sort type from the list. The following sort types are provided:

• Text (Default: Selected)

• Number

• Date

• Percent

The following buttons are available at the bottom of this window:

Button	Description
OK	Closes the window and saves your changes.
Cancel	Closes the window without saving your changes.
Help	Displays the help for the open window.

Move Up, Move Down

Use these buttons to change the order of the columns within the Documents window.
