Disable a tenant
You can disable the tenants before upgrading them. The Disable environments option is only available if there is at least one tenant environment from the selected deployment.

On the header bar, click
.
The Upgrade Tenants page appears with the list of tenants. By default, the tenants that belong to the production deployment are displayed.

Do either of the following:

To disable all the tenants that belong to the production deployment, click Disable Environments.

To disable tenants from an additional deployment environment, do the following:

On the Deployment list, select the additional deployment, such as Dept1.
The list of tenants from the selected deployment appears.

Click Disable Environments.

- By default, all the tenants under the selected deployment are disabled even if you select a single tenant.
- The tenant environments from the selected deployments are disabled and the tenants' status is updated.

- Click OK in the confirmation message.
- Click Close to return to the Tenant Management System page.
