Manage email configuration

You can define an email template for the tenants. The email template includes the subject and the body of the email. When you create a new tenant with a valid email address, the system sends an email to the tenant with links of TotalAgility Designer and TotalAgility Workspace for the production and additional environment, as per configuration using the following:

  • Email template

  • SMTP server information from where the email is received.

  1. On the header bar, click Settings > Email Configuration.

    The Manage Email Template page appears.

  2. Enter the Subject and the Body of the email.

    The email body contains the following placeholders in the HTML view. 

    "{HeaderImageURL}";

"{BannerImageURL}";

"{FooterImageURL}";

"{DesignerURLs}";

"{WorkspaceURLs}";

"{UserName}";

"{Password}";

"{IntegrationServerURLs}";

    • You can rearrange the placeholders to define the way the email body should display at runtime.

    • You can change the HeaderImageURL, BannerImageURL and FooterImageURL placeholders, but you should not change the DesignerURLs, WorkspaceURLs, UserName, Password and IntegrationServerURLs placeholders.

  3. Format the Subject and Body using the formatting options.
  4. To add a hyperlink, use the Hyperlink option on the Formatting bar.
  5. Click Save.

    The email template and subject are saved in the Tenant Management system.
