Upgrade tenants
This topic describes the steps for upgrading the TotalAgility tenant databases.
You can upgrade a tenant using the following ways:

Via the Tenant Management System, if upgrading the On-Premise Multi-Tenant Using the standard upgrade process

Using the OPMTDBUpgrader utility, if upgrading the On-Premise Multi-Tenant Using the Zero downtime upgrade process

When upgrading a tenant in on-premise multi-tenancy which is
installed with the Integration Server, you must stop all the services;
otherwise, the tenant upgrade fails.
