View the license statistics of a tenant

You can view the license statistics for each user on all system, station, and volume licenses. For example, if a customer bought a license with 10,000 users and a volume of 10,000,000 pages, you can view a list of tenants and the allocated users/volume for each tenant. You can also view the expired term licenses.

For example:

  • Tenant A: 10 Users/20,000 Pages

  • Tenant B: 40 Users/100,000 Pages

  • Tenant C: 5 Users/50,000 Pages

  1. On the header bar, click Licensing > Statistics.

    The License Statistics page displays the following tabs:

    • Primary (default): License details for the primary server.

    • Backup: License details for the backup server.

    • Tenants: The list of tenants from the production deployment.

    By default, the production license details for the primary server, backup server, and license statistics for the tenants using the production deployment are displayed.

  2. To view the expired term licensing, click Show Expired Term Licensing.

    The details of expired term licenses, such as start date, expiration date, available, and remaining licenses are displayed.

  3. Click the Tenants tab.
  4. From the list of tenants, click the tenant name.

    The license statistics for the selected tenant are displayed:

    • System Licenses: Includes the start date, expiration dates for the system licenses for software-based licensing, TotalAgility limited users, and on-premise multi-tenancy.

    • Station Licenses: Includes the number of available licenses (licenses that are not yet used), the maximum number of licenses, start date, and expiration date for each license type.

    • Volume Licenses: Displays the full count of pages that you can scan annually, the remaining number of pages that you can scan this year, start date, expiration date, and renewal date for the licenses.

  5. To view the license statistics of tenants from the additional deployment environments, do the following:
    1. On the Deployments list, select an additional deployment, such as Deployment1 and click the Tenants tab.
      The environments using the selected deployments appear on the Environment list and all tenants accessing the environments on that deployment are displayed.
    2. Click the tenant name for which to view the license statistics.
    3. To further filter the tenants list based on the environments, on the Environment list, select the environment.
      The tenants accessing the selected environment are displayed.
    4. Click the tenant name for which to view the statistics.
  6. Click Close.
