Properties of a document type

Configure the properties of a document type.

  1. Navigate to Capture > Extraction groups.

    The Extraction groups list page appears.

  2. Open the extraction group to configure.
  3. Select the RootDocumentType and select Document type on the modeling bar.

    By default, TotalAgility adds Document Type 1. Double-click the document type node to rename the document type.

  4. Select the document type. In the properties panel, use the following tabs to configure the properties:

  5. Select Save. The configured settings are saved.
  6. Select Release.
    You can only use the released version of a document type in a process.
