Maintain a recognition provider integration

You can modify and delete a recognition provider integration on the Recognition Providers page.

To open the Recognition providers page, navigate to Integration > Recognition providers.

Modify a recognition provider integration

  1. On the Recognition providers page, select the recognition provider integration to open for modification.
    The Edit CRM system configuration dialog box is displayed.
  2. Make changes to the settings as needed.
  3. Select Save.

Delete a recognition provider integration

On the Recognition providers page, on the context menu of the recognition provider integration to delete, select Delete.

On confirmation, the integration is deleted.
