Maintain AI Knowledge Base integration
You can modify and delete the AI knowledge base integration and view associations on the AI Knowledge Base page.
To open the AI Knowledge Base page, navigate to . The AI Knowledge Base integrations list appears.
Modify AI Knowledge base integration
When modifying an AI knowledge base integration, you can only add or remove indexes; you cannot edit the ID and indexes.
If you delete an index, on saving the AI knowledge base integration, you are prompted to confirm removing the index from Azure. On confirmation, the index is removed from Azure. Deleting the indexes may result in unexpected behavior.

On the
AI Knowledge Base page, select the AI knowledge base integration to open
for modification.
The Update AI Knowledge Base configuration dialog box is displayed.

Make changes to the settings as needed.
You cannot edit the ID and indexes of the AI knowledge base integration. You can only add or remove the indexes.
- Select Save.
Delete AI knowledge base integration
You can delete an AI knowledge base configuration once the indexes are removed from Azure.
- On the AI Knowledge Base page, on the context menu of the AI provider integration to delete, select Delete.

You are prompted to confirm removing indexes from Azure.

On confirmation, the indexes are removed from Azure, and the AI knowledge base integration is deleted. Deleting the indexes may result in unexpected behavior.
View associations
View the list of processes and forms that are using the AI knowledge base integrations.
On the AI Knowledge Base page, in the context menu of the AI knowledge base for which to view the associations, select Associations.
The Integration associations - <AI Knowledge Base integration name> dialog box displays the list of process and form associations, if any, along with their names and types.
You can select the name hyperlink to open the item in a new browser tab and make changes.
