Enable workflow solutions for use within TotalAgility Studio

TotalAgility Studio is a simplified version of the TotalAgility Process Designer and Transformation Designer. It enables non-technical users to develop TotalAgility Studio solutions with ease. For example, in a DocAI solution, you can design workflow to upload and train sample documents and extract relevant data.

You can select the following workflow solutions that can be used in TotalAgility Studio:

  • DocAI

  • Workflow

  • RPA

  • AI Agent

Navigate to System > System settings > TotalAgility Studio > Enabled for use.

The TotalAgility Studio solutions dialog box is displayed.

Use the following links to learn how to manage TotalAgility Studio solution:

Add a workflow

You can add processes, business rules, and custom services that can be used within the corresponding solution.
  1. In the TotalAgility Studio solutions dialog box, select on the header bar.
  2. On the Workflow list, select a process, business rule, or custom service and then select Add.
  3. Add more items as needed.
  4. Select Save.

Edit a workflow

You can edit the solution available to TotalAgility Studio, that is, select a different process, business rule, or custom service.

  1. In the TotalAgility Studio solutions dialog box, select the solution to modify and then select on the header bar.

    The Workflow list appears.

  2. Select a different process, business rule, or custom service as needed and then select OK.
  3. Select Save.

Delete a workflow

In the TotalAgility Studio solutions dialog box, select the workflow to delete and then select on the header bar.

On confirmation, the workflow is deleted.
