Insert the OCR value

The OCR data is displayed between the image and editable field for the Current Field. Before you make any single character corrections, you can insert this data if you see that the whole field is correctly extracted. This effectively performs several single character corrections at once.

  1. Correct a field.
  2. When the next field loads, click Insert OCR Value .
