Thin Client Verification keyboard shortcuts

Shortcut keys allow you to navigate through a batch using only the keyboard. The following traditional and modal shortcut keys are available:

Traditional keyboard shortcuts require you to hold one or more keys simultaneously. The following traditional keyboard shortcuts are available:

Keyboard Shortcut	Description
Tab	Navigates to the next element that can have focus on the user interface, in a round-trip
Shift+Arrow Up	Navigates to the previous field
Shit+Arrow Down	Navigates to the next field
Enter	Verifies the field
Ctrl+Z	Undo (when editing fields only)
Ctrl+Y	Redo (when editing fields only)
Ctrl+X	Cut (when editing fields only)
Ctrl+C	Copy (when editing fields only)
Ctrl+V	Paste (when editing fields only)

In most Web browsers, the Ctrl + P keyboard shortcut prints a Web page. In order to use these common keyboard shortcuts for other functions, the Thin Clients use a modal interface for most keyboard shortcuts.

To access this modal interface, click and release the Ctrl key. To perform an action in the modal interface, enter the keyboard shortcut key or key combination from the table below.

Suspend Batch	S	Suspends a batch and saves any modifications
Close Batch	C	Closes a batch
First Document	F	Navigates to the first document in a batch
First Folder	J	Navigates to the first folder in a batch
First Page	A	Navigates to the first page of a document
Previous Document	Shift+P	Navigates to the previous document in a batch
Previous Folder	Shift+K	Navigates to the previous folder in a batch
Previous Page	Shift+B	Navigates to the previous page in a document
Next Document	P	Navigates to the next document in a batch
Next Folder	K	Navigates to the next folder in a batch
Next Page	B	Navigates to the next page in a document
Last Document	Shift+F	Navigates to the last document in a batch

Reject Document	R	Marks the current document as rejected so the batch is routed to Tungsten Capture Quality Control
Add Sticky Note	E	Adds a sticky note to the document
Zoom In	PLUS SIGN	Increases the magnification of the image
Zoom Out	MINUS SIGN	Decreases the magnification of the image
Best Fit	1	Modifies the size of the image to best fit the viewer
Fit Page to Width	2	Modifies the size of the image to fit the width of the viewer
Fit Page to Height	3	Modifies the size of the image to fit the height of the viewer
Set Field to Not Verified	Shift+V	Sets the current field to not verified
Next Not Verified Field	N	Navigates to the next field that is not verified
Show Settings	B4	Displays the Settings window
Collapse/Expand the Batch Content Pane	Right Arrow	Collapses or expands the Batch Content pane
