Navigate folders in Thin Client Validation

A batch can be separated into folders that contain one or more documents.

Your project administrator may have disabled this feature.

As you navigate to a new folder, that folder is selected in the batch tree pane. You can also use the First Folder , Previous Folder , Next Folder , and the Last Folder toolbar settings. In addition to the toolbar settings, you can also navigate between folders using keyboard shortcuts. In Thin Client Validation, click Ctrl to view the list of keyboard shortcuts.

You can expand or collapse a folder in the Batch Content pane by clicking on the expand Expand icon or collapse Collapse icon icons, double-clicking the folder name, or pressing Space when the folder has focus for selection.

If you navigate to a folder using the keyboard or the mouse, the field data, error message, image, and thumbnails are reset to empty. Any toolbar settings that you use to edit fields or view the image or selected document are unavailable.
