User session timeout

An inactive session times out after 20 minutes. This is the default value, but this is configurable by an Administrator. Any modified documents are saved and the batch is available for another operator to work on.

If your Web browser crashes while you are in the middle of processing a batch, any changes already sent to the server are saved. In order to access this batch to finish it, you need to wait until the timeout period has passed. After the timeout period, you or another operator can select the batch and continue validating it.
