Thin Client Validation toolbar

The toolbars give you quick access to important features. You can manage batches, get more information and log off using the main toolbar located across the top of the window. The main toolbar is separated into several sections.

The Thin Client Validation Batch toolbar has the following settings:

Toolbar Icon	Name and Description
	Open Batch Displays a list of available batches.
	Suspend Batch Saves and closes the current batch so it can be processed at a later time.
	Close Batch Exits the current batch.

The Thin Client Validation Folder toolbar has the following settings:

Toolbar Icon	Name and Description
	First Folder Navigates to the first folder in the batch.
	Previous Folder Navigates to the previous folder in the batch.
	Next Folder Navigates to the next folder in the batch.
	Last Folder Navigates to the last folder in the batch.

The Thin Client Validation Document toolbar has the following settings:

Toolbar Icon	Name and Description
	First Document Navigates to the first document in the batch.
	Previous Document Navigates to the previous document in the batch.
	Next Document Navigates to the next document in the batch.
	Last Document Navigates to the last document in the batch.
	Reject Document Marks the selected document as rejected so the batch is routed to Tungsten Capture Quality Control when closed.

The Thin Client Validation Online Learning toolbar has the following settings:

Toolbar Icon	Name and Description
	Report a Problem Displays the Problem Reporting window for the selected document. This allows you to send the selected document back for optimization of classification and extraction. This is a configurable setting, and may be disabled by your project administrator.
	Use for Extraction Online Learning Marks the selected document for Extraction Online Learning. The marked document can be used to improve the recognition rate for the extraction of invoice and other form fields. This is a configurable setting, and may be disabled by your project administrator.

The Thin Client Validation Page toolbar has the following settings:

Toolbar Icon	Name and Description
	First Page Navigates to the first page in the current document.
	Previous Page Navigates to the previous page in the current document.
	Next Page Navigates to the next page in the current document.
	Last Page Navigates to the last page in the current document.

The Thin Client Validation View toolbar has the following settings:

Toolbar Icon	Name and Description
	Add Sticky Note Enables you to add a Sticky Note to the image in the Document Viewer.
	Display Sticky Notes Displays or hides any sticky notes on the Document Viewer.
	Display Field Names Displays or hides the names of all fields and their positions on the Document Viewer. Field names do not show for tables when this setting is enabled.
	Zoom In Increases the magnification of the current page in the Document Viewer.
	Zoom Out Decreases the magnification of the current page in the Document Viewer.
	Best Fit Adjusts the magnification of the image so it fits within the Document Viewer.
	Fit Page to Width Adjust the size of the image so the entire width of the image displays in the Document Viewer pane.
	Fit Page to Height Adjust the size of the image so the entire height of the image displays in the Document Viewer pane.
	Rotate Displayed Image Left Rotates the selected page 90° to the left.
	Rotate Displayed Image Right Rotates the selected page 90° to the right.
	Rotate Displayed Image 180° Rotates the image in the Document Viewer 180°.

If you want to rotate multiple pages in a document at one time, select the desired pages in the Thumbnails pane, and use the page operation shortcut menu.

The Thin Client Validation Fields toolbar has the following settings:

Toolbar Icon	Name and Description
	Next Invalid Field Navigates to the next field in the batch that is not valid.
	Force Valid Overrides the validation error on the selected field, and forces it to be valid.
