Add sticky notes to Thin Client Verification

You can add a Sticky Note to a document that is visible to all operators processing this document in subsequent modules. A date and time stamp based on your Web browser region settings is added to the sticky note window when it is created. The date and time stamp is then updated every time the sticky note is edited.

For example, you are verifying a document that is sent to your company in error. You can add a comment so when the document is routed to the next operator, they have the necessary information.

Sometimes, sticky notes can get in the way, so you can use the Display Sticky Notes to show or hide sticky notes. This setting is saved so that the next time you open Thin Client Verification, this behavior is retained.

Your project administrator may have disabled this feature.

Right-click on an existing Sticky Note to access a shortcut menu to edit or delete a Sticky Note. Double-click to open a Sticky Note for editing. If you hover over a Sticky Note, a tool tip is displayed showing the value of that Sticky Note.

  1. From the toolbar, click Add Sticky Note .
  2. Using the mouse, move to the area that needs the comment and click the mouse.
  3. Enter your comment and click OK.

An icon Sticky Note icon is placed on the image to indicate that you added a Sticky Note.
