Navigate fields in Thin Client Validation
You can move around the validation fields on a document using the Fields pane.
As you validate a field, the next invalid field automatically loads. If you navigate away from an invalid field for any reason, you can get back to the next invalid field in the document by using the Next Invalid Field setting in the toolbar.
In the Fields pane, you can use either your keyboard or your mouse to move between fields.
Using the mouse requires you to click on a field for editing. The keyboard shortcuts to navigate between editable fields on a document are Shift + Down Arrow and Shift + Up Arrow depending on the direction. Any read only fields or buttons are skipped in this navigation.
As you move from field to field in the Fields pane, using your mouse or keyboard, the corresponding field is brought into automatic focus on the image in Document Viewer, regardless of magnification level. In addition to this, positional information is displayed at the bottom of the Document Viewer.
If you modify a field and then leave that field without pressing Enter to initiate validation on the Thin Client Server, the field contents are displayed in italic. This indicates that the field is modified but not validated. This field is not validated until you press Enter for another field where all modified fields on the document are sent to the Thin Client Server for validation.
