Get the product version

If you need to contact technical support, it is helpful to provide the version of your Tungsten Transformationinstallation.

You can view the product version by following these steps:

  1. In the upper-right corner, click About or press CTRL, I.

    The About window and the product version information is displayed.

  2. Copy the contents of the About window and include it in your correspondence with technical support.
