Add sticky notes to Thin Client Validation
You can add a Sticky Note to a document that is visible to all operators processing this document in subsequent modules. A date and time stamp based on your Web browser region settings is added to the sticky note window when it is created. The date and time stamp is then updated every time the sticky note is edited.
For example, you are validating a batch that contains an invoice that was addressed to a person who no longer works for your company. You can add a comment to this document, and when you close the batch, that document can be routed to another operator to address the issue. The date and time, as well as your name are included so you can be contacted if there are questions.
Sometimes, sticky notes can get in the way, so you can use the Display Sticky Notes to show or hide sticky notes. This setting is saved so that the next time you open Thin Client Validation, this behavior is retained.
Your project administrator may have disabled this feature.
Right-click on an existing Sticky Note to access a shortcut menu to edit or delete a Sticky Note. Double-click to open a Sticky Note for editing. If you hover over a Sticky Note, a tool tip is displayed showing the value of that Sticky Note.
