Resolve a Verification value mismatch

If the value you type does not match the original value (extracted value or value typed during validation), you are prompted to type the data once again to confirm that your entry is correct.

Depending on the settings specified by your solution integrator, you may be provided with the original value to compare data.

You can resolve a value mismatch by following these steps:

  1. Type the value that is displayed on the image. This must be either a value that matches:
  2. Press Enter to send your change to the Thin Client Server for verification.
