Copy and Split Subset window
Use this window create two new document subset and copy the documents from the selected subset to the first or second according to the defined split type.
- First Document Subset
-
By default, a name for the first subset is provided that you can change as needed. The name is mandatory and must follow the naming conventions.
- Second Document Subset
-
By default, a name for the second subset is provided that you can change as needed. The name is mandatory and must follow the naming conventions.
Select one of the following split types:
- Percentage of documents per class
-
Type a percentage value between 1 and 100. The defined percentage of documents for each class is added to the first subset, all other documents are copied to the second subset.
- Number of documents per class
-
Type an integer value greater than 1. The defined number of documents for each class is added to the first subset, all other documents are copied to the second subset.
If the inserted value exceeds the number of documents for a class all documents for that class are copied to the first subset and the second subset does not contain any of those documents.
Documents that have no class assigned because they are not classified yet or cannot be classified are considered in the same way. That means they belong to the same "class."
