Modify hot keys

You can modify the current hot keys used for most commands, however several command hot keys cannot be modified. These hot keys are greyed out to indicate that they are read-only. You can modify the editable hot keys by following these steps:

  1. On the Project tab, in the Configuration group, select Project Settings Project Settings icon.
  2. Click the Document Review tab.

    The Document Review settings are displayed.

  3. Click Shortcuts.

    The Customize Document Review Shortcut Keys and Hot Keys window is displayed.

  4. Locate the command to be modified.
  5. Double-click the Hot Key cell and select a new hot key from the list of available keys.
  6. Click OK to save your results and close the window.
  7. Optionally, click OK to close the Project Settings window.
