Copilot Auto Extract fields
This field extraction method uses the Large Language Model to extract data from a document. You provide field names and a simple description to explain the data you want to extract. There is no need for additional configuration, scripts, or training.
You can add multiple auto extract fields on a single document. You can also combine auto extract fields with suggested fields and lassoed fields.
Suggested field highlighting can interfere with your ability to view the auto extract field highlighting. We recommend that you disable the suggested field highlighting by clicking Hide suggested fields. This ensures the highlighting for the suggested fields does not cause extra confusion. If you also want to add suggested fields, add those before hiding the highlighted fields.
You can also extract inferred information that is not printed on the document. Currently, this functionality works best for Western languages. The results for other languages, such as Chinese or right-to-left languages cannot be guaranteed.
