User Operations

User operations enable you to configure where a document goes after extraction and how users interact with a document.

You configure how a document is reviewed by a user by configuring the individual user operation steps. When a step is enabled, the icon in the tab is either green  or red . Green indicates that the user operation step is enabled and configured correctly. Red indicates that a mandatory setting is missing.

The following steps are available.

• Review enables users to review the document classification results if the system is uncertain.

• Validation enables users to review the extracted data.

• Verification enables users to verify extracted data that is already validated.

• Re-scan enables you to send documents that have quality issues back for another scan.

• Download enables you to configure if images and data are available for download.
