Import a Quick Capture solution

To import a capture solution:

  1. Navigate to the Solutions list page.
  2. Click Import.
  3. Browse to the ZIP to import.

    The system checks if it is a valid capture solution package. If the ZIP is valid, the solution is imported with all the associated items in the package and listed on the Capture solutions list page. You can edit or delete a solution after the import.

    • If the ZIP is not a valid capture solution, an error appears.

    • If a capture solution with the same name or ID already exists with a newer version, you cannot import it.

    • If a capture solution with the same name but with a different ID already exists, you cannot import it, as the solution name must be unique.

    • You cannot import a solution from the TotalAgility Designer Designer.
