Verification
This user operation is available so you can enable an operator to double-check some of the extracted field data.
In order to use the Verification step, the Validation step must be enabled. Similarly, if you have both the Validation and the Verification user operations enabled, but disable Validation, then the Verification step is disabled automatically.
The following settings are available:
- Do you want a second human operator to double-check some of the extracted data

This setting enables you to require that your extracted data is double-checked. (Default: No)
When set to Yes, the following settings are available:
- Who can verify?

Add or create a list of users who can verify the extracted fields for this Quick Capture solution. (Default: Everyone (Group))
This field is mandatory and must have at least one entry.

- Average duration

Specify the average time that a user spends verifying the extraction results. (Default: 0 Minutes)
- When verification is complete and before progressing, would you like to perform a workflow?

Select a workflow step that is performed right after verification is performed. (Default: No)

The Workflow list only includes processes that are made available in theTotalAgility Designer under .
