Download documents
When the system and manual reviews are comp0leted, you can download the data and documents.
- Click the User Operations tab and click Download.
- To download the images and data for a solution, select Yes for Make images and data available for download using the toggle button.

In the
Make available to box, follow the steps in the table to select the users or
groups who can download.
To create a new resource, click Create new. -
In the New group window, enter the name for the group.

Click Add to add group members.
The Add group members window is displayed.

Add individuals or groups and click Done.

Click Save.
To add an existing resource, click Add. -
In the Add reviewers window, add groups or individuals.

Click Done.

To delete the documents from the database after they are downloaded, select
Delete documents when done.
A Delete activity is added to the process and TotalAgility deletes the documents from the database automatically.

When download is complete, to allow the workflow to be processed, select
Yes using the toggle button and then select the process on the
Workflow list.
The Workflow list only includes processes that are made available in the TotalAgility Designer under .
You must have access to the category the process belongs to; otherwise, you cannot see the process in the list.

Click
Save.
When you publish the solution, a capture solution is created with the following activities added to the process:

.NET activity: To create the ZIP (by calling an API).

Download activity: This activity is assigned to the resources selected in the "Make available To" property. It has an "Export Capture Solution Data" form associated with it.
At runtime when you create a job on this process and view the activity, the link to download the ZIP becomes available. The ZIP contains all the documents from the job and a CSV file for each document type. This document file is the source document that was scanned or imported while creating the solution; no conversion is done after exporting.
